hyperlink allowing for the immediate download of your custom
audio file. Simply copy the file to your local hard drive
and drag and drop it directly to the either the USB flash
drive or flash memory card of
your on hold system. This method is simple, easy to use, and
provides fast turn around time. |

Remote load delivery
methods are ideal for multiple location accounts or whenever
a hands free solution is preferred. These systems will
connect directly to either your broadband Internet
connection or standard analog dial tone. Our staff can
remotely deliver new audio directly to the system with no
customer user involvement required. |

Many of today's Voice Over IP
phone systems include built in memory for both on hold
messaging and auto attendant greetings. AMS is in the
process of developing software that allows the most popular
VoIP systems to securely communicate with our servers
"pulling" the audio file directly into the VoIP system with
no user involvement required. The email delivery method can
also be used allowing your IT staff to deploy the audio file
as well. |

AMS also supports more
traditional delivery methods, whereby physical media such as
CD, memory cards, USB drives, or tapes can be shipped
directly to your site for manual deployment. Simply insert
the media in the on hold messaging player. The audio is
automatically transferred into the built in digital memory
for trouble free playback over your companies phone system. |
