Successfully Managing Customer Relationships

When your competitor is attempting to attract new customers, where do those customers come from? Make sure YOUR customers don’t become THEIR customers, by providing the best service! Here are a few suggestions to help keep your company fresh in your customers’ minds:

  1. Keep In Touch: Always respond to emails and return phone calls in a timely manner. Communication is vital for customer satisfaction.
  2. Ask For Feedback: You can use brief printed, telephone, or online surveys to find out what your customers think about your products and services. Be sure to respond to any complaints, and thank your customers for their time.
  3. Exceed Your Customers Expectations: Give them what they’re paying for, but add value by doing a little extra without charging for it.

If customers are pleased with your service, they will refer friends, family, and co-workers. This word of mouth advertising can be extremely profitable without costing you a penny!
